My Story: Rishikesh

Where Regulation, Truth, and Integration Came Together

In 2025, I went through deep personal pain one of those seasons where you’re still showing up, still functioning, but something inside you is asking for a different kind of healing. I wasn’t looking for an escape. I was looking for truth. For steadiness. For a way back to myself. I’m of Indian heritage, and returning to India felt like returning to the roots both culturally and personally. That’s what brought me to Rishikesh, India, known around the world as the yoga capital of the world.

During my time there, I spent hours meditating by the Ganga. I formally studied meditation. I practiced yoga with structure and consistency. And I witnessed a shift unfold in real time — in my body, my energy, my mood, and my nervous system.

I didn’t leave modern medicine. I deepened it.

Pillars of Care

Because I felt something clearly in my own body When the nervous system is supported, the body can finally regulate Sleep begins to restore Cravings soften Inflammation settles Mood stabilizes Energy returns without forcing That experience made something unmistakably clear Modern diagnostics and clinical strategy are powerful, but without regulation, rhythm, and nervous system support, many people stay stuck in cycles of symptom management. You need both.

Rishikesh is not just a place on the map for me. It is a return. A recalibration.

Rishikesh is the kind of place people travel to from many countries when they’re ready to recalibrate. It sits along the Ganga and carries something rare simplicity, discipline, and a way of life built around inner regulation. People come to study yoga, meditation, breathwork, and ancient teachings not as trends, but as practices that have supported human resilience for centuries. While I was there, I meditated for hours by the Ganga. I studied meditation formally. I practiced yoga with structure and consistency. And I watched the shift happen in real time my body, my energy, my mood, my nervous system.

My Philosophy

My work blends that ancestral wisdom with modern precision.
Longevity is not just living longer. It is living clearer, calmer, stronger, and more resilient for decades. It is stable energy. deep sleep, a regulated nervous system, balanced hormones, clean digestion, and a metabolism that supports you instead of fighting you. We use advanced lab chemistry and functional diagnostics to map root causes and early aging signals: insulin resistance, inflammation, nutrient depletion, gut imbalance, thyroid and hormone pattems, circadian disruption, and stress physiology.

Then we build an elevated, personalized plan that is strategic and sustainable, not extreme or trend driven.
What makes Dharma MD different is that I do not treat the body as a machine.

I treat it as a living system that responds to rhythm, meaning, safety, and purpose. We integrate evidence-based longevity protocols with practices that reconnect you to your source. Biomarkers meet breathwork.
Diagnostics meet dharma. Science meets soul.
